Shipping policy

  1. Maximum Package Size
    The maximum size available for shipment is 58 inches on any side (length, width, or height) or 19.8 cubic inches.

     

  2. Oversize Surcharge
    A surcharge of $28.50 USD per package applies if:

    • • One side exceeds 38 inches, or

    • • One side exceeds 29 inches (special handling required).

  3. Remote Area Surcharge/ Shipping to U.S. Territories
    Orders shipped to these locations will need a personalized quote.



    For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. islands, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

     

  4. Estimated Delivery Time
    Express: 2-3 weeks/ Standard: 3-4 weeks from neon design approval and payment confirmation. Excluding delays caused by customs inspections, flight disruptions, holidays, or force majeure events.

     

  5. Delivery Issues
    If a customer refuses delivery or cannot be reached, the package will be returned to DesignerNeonLED.com. We can arrange redelivery at the customer’s expense.

     

  6. Sales Territory
    We currently ship our products within the United States only.
